Guest Services and Management all On-site at the Clubhouse
At Balmoral all properties are managed and maintained and booked by us on-site / in-resort. We don’t have lots of management companies on site, nor do your guests need to go to management company offices to pick up keys, and when they need something resolved they’ll never be told, “check with the relevant management company”, or “check with the channel you booked through”. Having guest services on site also helps guests with any issues or services they require during their stay.

Just like a good hotel we offer a range of services to our guests. At Balmoral guests can order food deliveries to their homes and book theme park tickets and more.
