Led by Central Florida’s leading development and investment group, Feltrim Sports is the owner and operator of cutting-edge facilities which provide the stage for some of the state’s best training camps, tournaments, and student-athlete programs, whether you’re signing up for ours or renting the space to host your own. The complex is part of the larger Feltrim Resorts property, providing high-end vacation homes for longer stays.

Feltrim Sports Village is the first stage of one of Florida’s most comprehensive sports complexes. Located in Haines City, Florida, Feltrim Sports Village features a 2,500-seater turf soccer and football stadium, practice fields, 10 sand volleyball courts, and a fieldhouse with four collegiate locker rooms. The property will also be home to the upcoming Feltrim Sports Arena and a state-of-the-art 9-12 high school.

Feltrim Academy, the athletic development program by Feltrim Sports, has a proven methodology for developing athletes of all ability levels. Feltrim Academy builds skill sets from the ground up by providing players with the tools needed to compete effectively at the highest level of competition. By teaching both fundamental and advanced techniques and tactics, the coaching staff is able to bring out the best in each student-athlete. The multi-phased approach to athlete development includes individual evaluations, position-specific skill instruction and competition.

Our Story

Feltrim Group was founded in 1996 by Irish entrepreneur Garrett Kenny. Over the last 20 years, Kenny has turned Feltrim Group into Central Florida's leading development and investment group, specializing in residential and commercial real estate, property management, hotels and resorts, entertainment, education, and sports. In total, Kenny has developed and sold over $900 million in his projects.

Feltrim Academy

Feltrim Academy, owned and operated by Feltrim Sports, is an elite program for dedicated student-athletes. Participants are given the chance to improve their transcripts and test scores, and even get a headstart on collegiate coursework, all while receiving sport-specific training from former collegiate and professional players and coaches. Expert nutritionists and counselors help students transition into living the independent life of a college student, while recruitment specialists put you on the track to reach the school of your dreams.

Feltrim Sports Village is centered around an all-turf championship stadium with a seating capacity of 2,500 spectators. The complex includes turf practice fields adjacent to the stadium, as well as ten sand volleyball courts, a food and beverage center, and a field house with four collegiate locker rooms.

Currently underway, Feltrim Sports Arena is a 75,000-square-foot stadium that will be the first of its kind in Central Florida. The state-of-the-art facility will seat 2,500 and host an array of sporting events, including youth, high school, collegiate, professional, and international matches and tournaments, with a primary focus on basketball, volleyball, cheerleading, and dance competitions.

Basketball

The Feltrim Academy basketball program provides young athletes with the tools needed to compete effectively at the highest level of competition. The program’s multi-phased approach includes individual evaluations, position-specific skill instruction, and competition, making it effective for all skill levels. Athletes will compete against local, regional, state, and national teams, giving them the chance to not only compete against the best, but get exposure to college scouts.

Our soccer program is designed to help student-athletes build the skills necessary to succeed both on and off the field. This starts with individual evaluations that help each athlete identify areas of focus. They then receive personalized skill instruction, and put these skills to the test in competition against local, regional, state, and national teams. Finally, the athletes are exposed to college scouts and learn what they need to do to impress.
