How do I book?

Once you have found your dream vacation home, you can either reserve it on our website or our reservation staff can assist you by calling 866-584-5527.

How much is the deposit?

When making a reservation with Feltrim Resorts, we do require a down payment. This is fully refundable for 24 hours after the initial booking. If your booking is made 45 days from your arrival date, a down payment of 20% of the reservation amount is required.If your reservation is made 45 days or less from your arrival date, the entire balance is due in full at the time of booking.

Will I recieve a booking contract?

Yes. This will be provided to you via email shortly after booking.

How will I receive my confirmation and travel details?

You will receive this via email after your initial booking. Arrival instructions will be emailed to you at least 48 hours before your arrival date.

If you're staying at Balmoral Resort Florida: You will receive an access code and arrival instructions for your reservation. The access code will be activated at the check-in time of 4:00 pm on your arrival date (9:00 am for prearranged early check-in) This code will then end on the check-out date at 10:00 am (5:00 pm for prearranged late check-out).

When is the final balance to be paid?

The total balance will be due 30 days prior to your arrival date. On this date, the credit card on file will be automatically charged. Payment can be made prior to this due date at the guest’s request. The balance is no longer refundable after 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Does the total include all taxes and fees?

The total online booking includes all taxes. Extra fees may apply per guest booking and resort type. Cleaning fees apply and are determined by the size of the home. Please see email confirmation and arrival email for cleaning fees.

A property protection fee is also applicable to all reservation booking and this fee is also determined by the size of the home.
