Say ‘I Do’ to the Balmoral Bridal Show April 24
Balmoral Event Center is thrilled to announce that on April 24, 2022, we will be hosting the Balmoral Bridal Show, Powered by Florida Wedding Bridal Expo!
Our venue is the ideal location for this event, as it will give brides- and grooms-to-be an opportunity to visit our prestigious Polk County event center where they can hold their nuptials. Balmoral Event Center makes wedding planning simple by providing delicious food prepared by our executive chef, a fantastic staff to serve your guests as well as a selection of preferred vendors.
What to Expect at the Bridal Expo
The Balmoral Bridal Show at Balmoral Event Center is going to be an exciting celebration of love and commitment. The entertainment will be outstanding – you won’t want to miss it!
DJ Miguel will provide music for our chic and classic fashion show. Everyone will be able to get a good look at current bridal fashion trends as the models parade on a catwalk. Our enthusiasm will be contagious, and it will be reflected in the energy of the dance troupe we’ve scheduled.
We’ll also have a photobooth for attendees to capture their memories of the day. Visitors will get to enter a raffle scheduled by having each vendor they visit stamp a special card they receive upon entry. Three incredible prizes will be raffled off.
Vendors Welcome
Balmoral Event Center is still accepting applications from companies wishing to sponsor or join us at the Balmoral Bridal Show. These spots will go fast, so don’t delay on reserving your place with us.
We have three high-profile sponsor slots available for companies to be featured on all advertising, the event brochure, the Balmoral Event Center website, in the video recording of the day, plus time to speak onstage during the event.
All other vendor booths are $400 each. Take advantage of the Early Bird Special by booking before March 31 and get a booth for just $300. Vendors set up from 8–11 a.m. on the day of the show, and doors open for guests at noon.

Sounds like a great time, doesn’t it? The entry fee is just $25 per person and that includes a selection of delectable appetizers that we typically serve at weddings. Drinks at the bar will be available for purchase.
