WINE TASTING DINNER (21 yrs and over)
Join us for an intimate wine tasting dinner featuring a five-course meal prepared by our in-house chef. Southern Wine & Spirits will teach us the fundamentals of tasting and our chef will explain why each wine works perfectly with the associated course. You'll leave this event with the skills required to help you buy wine more confidently.

Bottles of wine will be available for purchase. Dinner includes your choice of water, tea, or lemonade. A full bar will be available to purchase additional drinks. 

This event is in partnership with Polk State College Foundation. We are committed to ensuring that all guests feel safe and ask that everyone do their part to maintain social distancing while attending our events.

I.     Cured Salmon Carpaccio - house cured salmon, crispy caper, arugula, lemon, olive oil
II.    Sorbet Float
III.   Sous Vide Braised Short Rib - red wine and herb jus, sweet corn polenta ravioli, roasted wild mushroom
IV.   Seared Snapper - mango ginger lemongrass pico de gallo, boniato silk
V.    Adult Parfait - peanut butter mousse, rum chocolate ganache
